I have built my career as a trusted advisor within Dubai’s retail real estate sector, working with landlords, developers, investors, and brands across some of the UAE’s most prominent retail, hospitality, and mixed-use destinations.
My unique background combines commercial real estate expertise with hands-on hospitality and retail experience, allowing me to understand both sides of the equation—the objectives of asset owners and the operational needs of successful brands. This perspective enables me to create strategies that identify opportunities, attract the right operators, and deliver long-term value for every project.
Before entering real estate, I spent five years developing and growing restaurant and hospitality concepts across the Middle East. This experience gave me valuable insight into brand strategy, consumer behaviour, operational requirements, and the critical role location plays in commercial success.
